Question 2003 chrysler Sebring 2.7l no crank no start issue!

I just bought this car while it was broken down, got it home, only had crank and good fuel pressure it had little to no spark at each coil pack it would arc then a second would go by arc again and after a few times it would quit, or it would arc as it should for a few seconds then quit, or it wouldn't arc at all. I replaced the cam and crankshaft sensors. After that it still wouldn't start. A couple days ago I unhooked the pcm and took it out, a day later I reinstalled it. After reinstallation I have a no crank no start issue. Nothing happens when the key is turned to the start position. I need some help. It is the 2003 chrysler Sebring xli non convertible with the 2.7l v6 engine.

Codes? Always start by getting the fault codes. By removing the computer you may have lost the codes. What is the age and condition of the battery?

Before pcm was unhooked and was doing the whacky stuff it had the code of p1684. Battery is only about a year old and has full charge.

P1684 tells you that the power to the PCM was interrupted at some time in the last 50 starts of the engine. If you did not disconnect the battery and the battery is in good shape, there may be a faulty ground in the circuit leading to the PCM. That could cause weird things to happen. Search for all the ground wires you can find, loosen them a little, wiggle the terminal under the screw head to break up any corrosion and re-tighten. Can't hurt, won't cost money, might help.

Ok thank you, that maybl be helpful, at least it is also free. Could have thepcm been interrupted when the previous owner changed the head gasket and didn't hook a ground to the head from the wire harness, also without disconnecting the battery?
