Default 2003 Sebring Instrument Cluster Removal Help Needed

I have a 2003 Sebring LX, 4 door sedan.

What is the best way to remove the instrument panel to change the bulbs?

Just to confirm, does the LX have traction control or ABS?

BTW, by instrument panel, I mean the cluster. I would edit the OP but there are no edit controls.

Get yourself a set of plastic trim tools to help pry off the trim pieces necessary to remove the instrument cluster. Then buy a Haynes orother manual to learn which pieces need to come off and in what order. Both are good investments that will pay dividends as you own and use them.
If you have an ABS light that lights up on the instrument cluster when you start the car, you have ABS. Alternatively, go to your local Chrysler dealer, bring your VIN and ask the guy at the parts counter (when he's not too busy) to lookup your car on the system and findout which options it has.
