Default 2005 Sebring Touring

2005 Sebring Touring 4dr, 178K miles, 2.7L
Mother-in-law driving it 2 weeks ago, Bismarck ND area. Gets just outside of town, no heat, no indication of overheat on the temp gauge (of course), steam blasts out from under the hood, etc. At least she pulled over immediately and shut it down.
The 3-legged coolant tower on top of the motor broke the top fitting off, coolant all over everything of course. And to top it off, I get everything fixed and engine running again and it start puking oil out of the oil pressure switch...which apparently just magically went bad at the same time.

Blown head gasket, duh...at least there's no milky oil though.
Compression check
#1 - 140psi
#3 - 205psi
all others 170-180psi.

Engine running with a hose hooked up to the bleeder screw, a nice white milky coolant mix spurts out, probably about every time #1 comes up on compression, and a nice white steamy mix o' the good stuff coming out the exhaust pipe.

Question...worth a fix?
Anybody got a link to a video of doing a pair of head gasket changes.

Apparently, nobody knows anything about this particular vehicle. I've got the only one in the lower 48 and it's hosed.
Attempting to pull the heads off for a head gasket change (or milling if needed, etc). Can't get the heads off without pulling the timing cover apparently.
Also can't get the heads off without pulling the exhaust manifolds...no brainer there.
Who's got the trick/tip/etc on how to get that last exhaust manifold bolt out of the head? The one in the middle that you can't get a socket on?
Nobody?
Go figure...
I'll bet 17,359 of the tuner-wanna-be's can show me how to put on some pretty LED lights on the underbody and add some faux carbon fiber tape to the door handles to make it perty.
