Default 2005 sebring touring convertible 2,7l V6 gas misfire issue

Been hunting this down for months. Started as cylinder #1 misfire. ALL spark plugs, coils, fuel injectors, and upper and lower intake gaskets replaced. No compression issues or vacuum leaks found. Now have bank 1 (1-3-5) cylinder misfires in idle in park. Move to drive and misfires go away. Thoughts???

Try putting it in gear with the brake set and see if there's any movement of the engine on its mounts. Maybe it's grounding out when there's no load????????????????

Have an '06 sebring that was throwing misfire codes on the 1-3-5 bank, mostly #3, for a long time. I had replaced the plugs and injectors and saw no change. I had also replaced the crankshaft position sensor as it is responsible for detecting misfires to no avail. Finally a cam position sensor code popped up. Since replacing the cam position sensor the misfire code has stayed away. I can't guarantee that this will resolve your problem but it seemed to be the answer to my misfire code.

I use only mopar sensors as I have had problems with the ones from auto parts stores. Chryslers seem to prefer mopar sensors; they cost a bit more but I really hate replacing a sensor twice.

What is the condition of your battery? A week or failing battery, (low voltage) will cause all sorts of weird and seemingly unrelated codes. If you battery is over 3-4 years old, I would consider replacing it.

What kind of voltage are you showing at idle?
