the 2006 sebring touring I have heats up to 2 notches before the half mark. When I am idling in traffic for awhile, it will go to the half way mark.
the electric fan kicks in but only moves it back 2 notches. Is it normal for the car to heat up to that mark when I am in normal drive?? Last vehicle only went to the quarter mark.

 

yep normal the half way mark is around 220 to which the fans come on ne where from 218 to 224 depends on what computer program is on your car.
