Default Sebring codes and few other (heating) problems

Hi,

I have a situation with heating and because now is winter and -5 celsius I call this a problem.

Fan does not work on postition 1 but it seems that this is normal situation and that blower resistor needs to be changed...OK

Second problem is that direction of blower refuses to blow on my frozen feet...whats up with that?!

I have tested it and it showed following codes:
0138
0645
1684
1598
0172
0164

A lot of numbers...can someone post list of codes or direct me where to find it.

THANX.

I have the same car that had similar symptoms, and I found bad solder joints in the control head. I would inspect those first.
