Default 2007 Sebring Chrysler A/C problem

I have a 2007 Sebring, the AC have a really weird problem, when I turn on the engine, and the car is stopped, the AC cools great, once the car is moves, then it stops cooling. I went to see a mechanic and he said it was an electrical problem. Any directions regarding this issue will be appreciate.

Thanks

I have the same issue i gave recharged the ac system and replaced the low side valve. How ever ive found that if i punch the dash on the right side of the controls it will start working again but if i turn the fan above the second notch it won't work. If you have figured anything out is love to know what you've found.
Thank you

Default Ac problem

When I turn on the switch nothing happens it doesn't even blow hot air. I tried looking in the manual but nothing doesn't anyone have an idea of what it could be. Within the last 3 years I already changed the ac compressor, blower and evaporator
