Default AC issue..

Recently purchased a 2007 Chrysler Pacifica Touring about 2-3 weeks ago. At that time temperatures were fairly moderate (65-70 degrees) which meant not using AC much. Now, temperatures are around the 90's and I'm noticing the AC is not working properly. I got it charged yesterday hoping that would fix the problem but it hasn't! It took a little under a can to charge it. Doesn't seem like it is blowing as hard as it should be and is not cold. When I get up to around 60 MPH, however, it seems to get SLIGHTLY cooler. I've also done the power+recirculate button reset as well. Does anybody have any ideas or experienced the same issue? Definitely do not want to be hot all summer! Thanks for any help!
