Default 2007 Sebring Conv, PCM BAD???

I have a 2007 Sebring Conv touring/flex. All of a sudden my ABS lights on, my A/C won't work when the engine is under load (will work while coasting or idle); PWR windows randomly work with button press; No power to enable "CRUISE" light, cruise control stopped; transmission sluggish response; and when exiting the vehicle, sometimes the window drop down of the top works, others it don't) and at the same time; the radio and interior lights will stay on. Before i spend a billion dollars diagnosing this, could these all be related to the PCM??? Thanks in advance!

First check the battery. A weak battery can cause all sorts of weirdness. Then check for a bad ground somewhere. Less likely to be the problem but it's a cheap repair nevertheless. Then take it to an auto parts store and ask them to scan for codes. A failing computer will tell you it's failing with a code. Remember, when in doubt, fix the cheap stuff first.
