Default 2007 Sebring Front Passenger ABS Sensor Replacment

Hello all,

I just recently purchased an 07 Sebring Limited with the inline 4. The ABS light has been on.

While I was changing my oil today, I noticed that the ABS wire going behind the brake/wheel hub has been cut...leaving the wire hanging.

My question is, how hard is it to replace the front passenger ABS sensor?
..Do I just need to take off the tire, or do I also need to remove the brakes?
..does the plastic wheel liner also need to be removed..or can I keep that on while changing the sensor?

Thanks in advance!
