Default 2009 Sebring Power Window Problem

I have a 2009 Sebring limited 2.4L 4 door sedan. Yesterday when I put up my right front power window, I heard something snap, and the window dropped into the door panel. Now I cannot put the window up or down using the power window switch. I hear the motor turning so it's not that. I took off the inside door panel. Then I undid the nuts on the black plastic vapor. I did not have a torque bit, so the 4 torque screws are still on for now. With the inside door panel off, i can see a metal cable that extends and retracts as I press the open/close button on the power window switch. It appears to have detached from something, or perhaps broke off. Since i am having trouble getting the black plastic vapor barrier off with the torque screws, I cannot full assess what the problem is. So, first question is whether I need a torque bit to remove the remaining 4 screws to be able to remove that black plastic vapor barrier. What problem can I expect to see and how could it be repaired? Thanks a bunch for the help.
