Default 2012 chrysler 200 v6 help

So I got my car with 55,000, about a month after buying it around 58,000 my steering wheel began to shake when applying the brakes at 55+mph. Dealer said it was out of warranty so I bought and replaced the rotors. Problem solved. Now the car has abput 66,000 and the problem is back, but worse. I can't see it being the rotors again, so I changed the calipers and it has done nothing. Anyone have any idea what this problem may be? Its only when using the brakes at high speeds, around town you don't feel it. The tires have a wierd wear pattern too, seems like the tires are tipped out slightly causing most of the wear to be on the outside of the tire. Any suggentions would be appreciated.

Check the ball joints and the tie-rod ends for looseness.
