My daughter took her 2013 200 in to the dealership for an airbag recall, and when she got the car back she had no heat. The dealership is claiming that it's a coincidence, and she will need need to pay $1600 for a new core, actuator, and labor. Very frustrated. It appears that there is a known issue with the core, but I think it's also likely that the actuator was damaged during the airbag replacement. Anyone had to fight this kind of battle before?
