Exclamation 2015 200 C Forward Collision Warning not working!!

Hello!
I just bought a used 2015 Chrysler 200 C with the safety tech package. The car has 36500 miles so it barely just passed the warranty period
I have a serious inquiry. All of the parking sensors in the car are working, adaptive cruise control is the best thing ever! It slows my car to a complete stop and works FLAWLESSLY! My main inquiry is.... FCW is NOT WORKING. I have tried sooooo many different scenarios on the FAR setting (and I made sure the system is on). From going really hard on the accelerator pedal and approaching a car infront of me (while making sure my left lane is free) and then swerving left 2-3 feet away from the car before hitting it... the car NEVER warns me about anything, never slows down and never even shows the "BRAKE" warning on the instrumental cluster. I would also switch lanes and be within 2 feet or so of the vehicle infront of me and it does nothing. Then I would also be on the far right lane making a right, so it detects a stopped vehicle infront of me, and while going at full speed, I would swerve into the left lane before hitting the car infront of me (while knowing that the left lane is empty and safe)... and yet I get NOTHING from the system. I thought that since ACC is working perfectly fine, so should the forward collision warning system. The car does not throw any codes, and the Chrysler dealership told me their computer says every system is functioning well in the car. I don't know what to do.... I am an extremely safe driver, but at the same time I saw how awesome this system in (from videos) when it works correctly to prevent some types of accidents.

Is anyone having my same problem? any recommendations on what to do?
I think my sensors are fine since ACC works perfectly and the car displays no "service" or "damaged sensor" or any warning messages about the FCW system. I'm just not sure what's wrong with it and I would really appreciate any input. Thank you!
