Default 2016 Chrysler 200 center console armrest removal for reupholstering

Howdy! I'm trying to reupholster my cracked leather Chrysler 200 limited center console. I already have a new piece of leather with proper stitching from Ebay, but I can't at all figure out how to get the armrest off without damaging it. I've attached images here of the above, inside, rear, and side views, and can provide more if needed.

Does anyone know how to get this off, or have any reupholstering tips for it?

Carefully depress the exposed tips of the tabs sticking through the bottom of the lid. They should press in, towards the center.

The cover should lift free of the tray with the tabs sticking down from the lid... I think. Yours is newer than mine, and looks to be slightly different. But I think I see the tabs in the pictures. Those tabs are essential is separating the cover from the rest of the lid... or were with mine.

Have you asked YouTube? No joke, there's probably a video walking you through this exact project... I found a video for replacing the window switch in '08 Sebring... and the thermostat housing... pretty good resource, actually, if you can trust yourself to weed out the BS.
