Default 95 Sebring running problems

I have a 95 Sebring and it just started with the following problem. When you start the car it runs real lousy, but runs. Idle is about 4-500, but it won't get out of it's own way. It was running great, then my son-in-law change the thermostat and radiator cap, then it started too run like c**p. It runs like it has a problem with the distributor or a sensor is bad, something. Anyone have any ideas?

Check for codes. I think the '95 had OBD I diagnostics so you'll need a retro code reader.
When's the last time the plugs were changed?
