Default '96 Sebring 2.5.....crankshaft pos sensor

Hello, All. I have a 96 Sebring Coupe with the 2.5. Lately, it has been having intermittent troubles starting. The battery is new and cranks just fine. I did the on, off, on, off, on with the key and it gives me a code for either the camshaft sensor or the crank sensor. I called Advanced Auto Parts this morning and he told me that it was not showing a cam sensor for my car. Great!!!! Down to one problem!!!! Ok, how do I go about replacing the crank sensor. The kid at the store told me that they are not that difficult, but he has never changed one on a 96 Sebring before. Please help!!!!! Any sites with a diagram to do this would also really help me out! Thank you!!!!

You have to remove the cruise control actuator. It's under there, at the back end (driver's side) of the engine. The camshaft position sensor is part of the distributor, and you need to replace the whole thing if that's your problem.
