Default '97 Sebring Coupe LX ABS question

So I purchased a 1997 Sebring Coupe LX as a commuter car. When I got it home I was going through it and noticed that there was not a fuse in the ABS slot. It only has one prong so I'm not sure if someone took the fuse out to bypass the system or if it really doesn't have ABS. There are no lights on on the dash so I'm not sure. How do I find out if my car is supposed to have ABS?

A second question has to do with the sunroof because it does not appear to work. I am not getting any kind of power through the switch and I also checked the fuse box. The spot in the fuse box under the hood labeled for the sunroof does not have a fuse in it nor does it have prongs to put a fuse in it. Is there any other place a fuse might be or will I need to trace the wiring all the way through the car? Any help would be appreciated.

Default RE: '97 Sebring Coupe LX ABS question

To find out if the car has ABS brakes, pull a wheel off and take a look. If there is a wire running to a wheel speed sensor, then the car has ABS. No wire, no sensor, no ABS.
You can also mosey over to your local Chrysler dealer and talk to the guy at the parts counter. Bring your VIN and he can probably look it up on his system and tell you all about how the car was originally configured.

As to the wiring for the sunroof, you're probably going to need a shop manual for that one. Check replies to your other post for possible sources for a shop manual. There are other places on the web too. I was able to find a set of manuals for mine on eBay. They come and go, so be persistent.
