99 chrysler sebring convertible jxi
When is died, did it just quit as if the key was turned off or did it stumble and then die? If it just quit, this suggests 'no spark'. If it stumbled and then died suggests a fuel issue (possible failing fuel pump).
When you note stay started, does the engine attempt to run after the key is released to the run position or does it only crank over and no sign of firing?
Is there fuel in the gas tank? Had this issue with a '97 where the gas gauge was not reading properly and was out of gas.
