I just bought a 99 Sebring Convertible with the Infinity Sound system. The driver dash speaker was blown but had to cut the wire adapter as it was totally stuck on it. I just want to get a new head unit and speakers but need to know a way to bypass the factory amp so the speakers can get the whole range on sound.

 

Try 12volt.com and see if you can find wiring information there.

 

They list for colors for the wires but say nothing about the amp as I know it sends the highs to the dash speakers.
