Default ABS Light came on

Sebring JXi 1996 2.5L V6,

ABS light is on, checked 20 A fuse and 40 A, they are fine. Diagnostic read tells me that I don't even have ABS. I know I do. I used it once on slippery road and it worked.

This is what Alldata tells me:
CIRCUIT OPERATION

Circuit D21 is used for diagnostics of a fault within the ABS system. It is spliced in with the Powertrain Control Module (PCM) circuits, and is used as an output from the Controller Anti Lock Brake (CAB) . Circuit D21 connects to cavity 51 of the CAB connector

I don't have a clue what they are talking about!!!

Please help,
