Default Air Bag light!

I have a 2002 Sebring GTC convertible and the air bag light just recently came on and it happened as i was turning and i was wondering if it was the clock spring cause the minivan we have, (2001 Town and country) the clock spring went out on it and the air bag, cruise control, and horn just stoped working. Does anybody know what the problem is or have had the problem and had to get it fixed? If so what do i need to do?!

Well i noticed something yesterday that hasn't been occuring. I noticed that it would go off and then come back on and then it would go off for as much as 15 secs. and then come back on and after doing some internet research i heard after moving the passenger side seat it would make it go off and i moved the passenger side seat and it hasent come since. Does anyone know of something in that seat that i may need to replace?

unless u like guessing and throwing parts at something u can replace the seat belt tensioner.
If i were u I would let some one that has a dealer scanner see what the code is so there is no guessing to be done.
