Question Altenator Issue

No Output- New Unit(Installed, Removed Tested, Re-Installed), New battery Also, Alt. Benched To Specifications... A fuse, breaker or relay issue? Possibly associated with the two wire plug= One solid colored, one stripped-- Thoughts?

2.7 or 2.4 no 3.7 in that car. do you have 12v at the red power wire? Main 12v supply?

2.7 / Main cable to/from battery intact(red)- reads 12v +/- at battery terminal and at connection on alternator(engine off), No significant change when motor is running.
