Alternator replacement
How do you get the alternator out,can't get to bottom bolt.1997 Sebring conv.jxi 2.5 L engine

Go at it from underneath. With the car properly supported, remove the splash shield/cover under there by pulling the push pins.

I have no idea of how to remove the alternator but i think that dcotter is right ,go from underneath and do accordingly.
