Default Balance Shaft Timing
I am doing some work on my 2.4L 2006 Sebring and I took off the balance shafts. I put them back on but the timing is out, so the crank won't turn completely.

Does anyone have any info on timing the crank and balance shafts? I looked around, but couldn't find any info.
