battery change

Default battery change
my battery went dead replaced battery still will not start. i dont have any componnet lights when i try to start it and it does not crank

What is the voltage at the positive and negative posts by the driver side strut tower? These are directly wired from the battery so you should see at least 12.4 volts on a new battery.
