Default Best way to get power wire into an LXI

As the title states, what's the best way to get a power wire from the engine into the compartment? I found a spot on the inside but can't figure out where it is in the engine bay. It looks like it's beneath the windshield fluid reservoir, requiring removal. I would like to avoid drilling.

Thanks for any help.

Yeah that's about it. I play hell just running a single wire through there.

Can you pick up a terminal at the inside fuse panel?
