Try removing the rear seat cushion. Push down and rearward on the front edge of the cushion, then it should pop up and out. There's a hook in the middle of each side of the rear seat cushion. That hook engages a loop on the floor. You've got to push fairly hard. Once you get the cushion out you can see how to unbolt the seat back and lift it up and out. You'll need to route the wire under the convertible top well.
From there you may need to remove the rear trim panel inside the car. Depending on how you route the wire, you may need toremove the sill trim also.
Invest in a set of plastic trim tools to make it easier to deal with removal of the trim without damaging it. You'll spend about $5 or $6 at Harbor Freaight and save yourself a great deal of grief in the process.
I take it you can't make use of the existing antenna wire?
