Caliper Swap

Caliper Swap
Good Day Everybody,
I am just wondering if anybody would have any input to an idea I am having. I have noticed that the caliper bleed screws on the stock calipers on my 1999 sebring lxi are extra fragile and seize basically every time. I have been to the junkyard to fetch calipers but have found that the calipers overall suck on these vehicles. I have also noticed that the calipers on my gurls 2000 alero have very strong 10mm calipers bleed screws that don't seize and I am wondering if its possible to swap alero calipers with the sebring calipers. I am just unaware of the difference in rotor sizes as well as hub pattern. Assuming I solve the rotor size and bearing pattern problem would my brake master cylinder need to be swapped as well or does that even matter. Thanks folks
