Default carfax report

I am looking at a 2001 Chrysler Sebring to buy. The price is high according to Blue Book value. I am a dealer's dream. I don't know much about cars and any help I can get would be appreciated. If anyone can help with a with a carfax vehicle history... VIN 4c3ag42hx1e097399. Thank you lots.

Ask the dealer for a carfax report. If it's a reputable dealer, he'll be happy to provide it. If you think the price is high, try offering something lower. He'll probably say no, but might come back at a lower price.
It's not like buying a can of soup from the supermarket. Prices are somewhat negotiable.
