Default Dead and overheating

Last year, I had to take our Chrysler 200 2015 to the actual Chrysler shop to see why it kept dying. They told me that the radio is draining the battery- as in it was parasitic to the battery. So it was removed. They wanted about a grand to replace it. So we just have been goin with no radio.
The battery we have is NOT from Chrysler but it is new enough. Just over a year old.
the sensors on the vehicle have also proven to be a problem and I’m not sure if that might have something to do with draining the battery.
We replaced our key fob a few months ago with issues of course. They told me that the antaena is having issues connecting to the fob. It was eventually fixed, not sure how they managed to get it to work.
However, last month I had to replace the FOB battery due to the car saying that it was low battery. Again, brand new key FOB.
It should also be mentioned that it overheats. Unless the fan is turned on, the coolant level will max out and force me to turn the car off, although I do not let it get there. I have to refill the coolant reservoir before making any trip anywhere.
