The window goes up with no issues when it is down. There are times that I have to use the button/switch several times for the window to go down. Bad switch? Relay?...I'm thinking switch. As always, thank you in advance for your time and answers.

Does the door panel have to come off to get to the master switch? It looks like it sits in it's own panel with the door close handle, or maybe that is the way the plastic is molded on the door panel to look like a separate piece.

 

Yes, you need to remove the door inner panel.

Remove screws holding arm rest area, screws at bottom of door, speaker covers and speakers, clips at back edge and when you've gotten all the screws and clips undone, lift the panel up off the door at the top, don't pull it out at the top.
