engine light on and 2 codes, what do they mean?

engine light on and 2 codes, what do they mean?
Hi i have a 2003 chrysler sebring and i get two codes:
P1681 : No I/P Cluster CCD/ J1850 Messages received
P1604 : pcm Internal Dual-Port RAM Read/Write Integrity Failure
what do those means? are they vitals? do i need to take my car in and get it fixed?

the first one is
P1681 - No messages received from the cluster control module (dashboard computer)
I am not familar with the second one. Go to autozone and they should scan your car for free and run them thru the computer. A mechanic will probly charge you for it though.
