I have a 2002 sebring that the 2.7 motor was bad
i put a 2.7 motor from a 2005 in to the 2002. So far , no luck getting it to run. My question is, is the computer from in the 2002 car not compatible with the 2005 motor?

They changed the electronics about halfway through the 2004 model year. Didn't you notice that the computer connections were incompatible?

There may be some people on the forum here that can provide details but it's not plug and play.

 

I didnt change the eletronics. Just motors. I need to know if the eletronics that are in the 2002 sebring will work with the 2005 motor. All sensors were changed. Fly wheel and crank wheel match the 2002 computer
