Default FOB progamming

DAMMMM
I was following all the steps as per the owners manual to program another fob to my 2004 sebring and nothing worked on any of the extra fobs EXCEPT to completly wipe out the working fob.

WTF Is there a reset or do i have to buy the dorman 13776 unit ?

Follow the steps EXACTLY. If you do it right, you will wipe out all the fobs and then re-program all of them. You have to do all of them one right after the other. There is a limited number of fobs that can be programmed. If you exceed that number you will need to go to the dealer to start over. It won't be cheap.

Yeah, when all else fails, RTFM .

Voice of experience here.

Great that it worked out.
