Default Front end squeak

Hi all. About 6 weeks ago I purchased a 2001 seabring sedan with a 2.7. I have noticed that after I drive it for a few minutes I start hearing a squeak in the front end. It happens when I turn the wheels, or when the front moves up and down like going over a bump or hump in the road. I cant figure out if it is in the steering or suspension or both. It doesnt do it when I first start it up, but afterI drive a few miles. Anybody hear anything similar? The motor was extremely clean when I got it. Like it never had a speck of dust on it. Still is, but it kind of makes me wonder if they steam cleaned it and cleaned some lubricant from places that it shouldnt have. If thats the case is there any particular places that I should be looking for when I lube it?

Thanks for any help
