Hello, I am having trouble finding a short that blows fuse 23 to very time I try to start my car. Car will crank but no start. I have checked everything coming from the TIPM associated with that fuse that I know of. Are there other components that run off the 23 fuse besides the ASD relay 3 on a Chrysler 200 limited with the 3.6 engine? Fuel pump works injectors are pushing fuel to the motor. It won’t spark and a very high amount of voltage is going to fuse 23 when starting car but I don’t know where it’s coming from
