Headlight Upgrade Issue
All,
I have a 2015 Chrysler 200 limited and I am trying to upgrade to Sealight X5 9012 headlights. I cannot for the life of me get them to fit. I am not sure if I am doing something wrong but everywhere I look says they should fit. I can remove the originals and replace them no problem. Any advice?

Did you place the bulbs side-by-side and verify the alignment and size of the tabs?
Please note that you will encounter 2 issues.
The LED bulbs may not stay lit. The current draw of the OE halogen bulbs is expected to be about 4 amps. The LED bulbs will not draw that much current and the TIPM will turn off the current to bulb and set a code. The bulb will not stay on.
The voltage to the bulb is regulated by PWM (pulse width modulation) to extend bulb life. PWM will result in a flicker of the LED bulb as the voltage is turned on/off to regulate the voltage.
Be aware the projector headlamp housing may not be suitable for LED lamps. The LED bulbs may be brighter but the beam pattern will be poor as orientation of the led panel will not match the 360 degree output of the halogen filiment and may blind oncoming drivers due to the glare caused by the poor beam pattern.
