I have a 02 sebring ltd conv. My car will only drive in second gear . None of the gauges work including the indication of which gear the trans is in. No service light on . The dash lights work along with the turn signals and high beam indication, the door chims and interior lights work. A scan of the computor shows no faults. Someone susgested the car is in a limp mode. What do you think ?; body control module, main computor or ?. There are no blown fuses and disconneting battery didn't help.. Thanks for any suggestions.

 

it is in limp mode but as far as no dash lights and all i would think its gotta do something with the bcm but i would really recomend going to a dealer becouse it gets pricey guessing at these things trust me i see it all the time
