Help with installing new pulley

Default Help with installing new pulley

The bolt broke and the pulley fell off my car last week. After realizing what was needed i now have the new parts but need guidance with installing them. I have the idler pulley, the collar and the new bolt. I do not know how to get the collar inside the bracket for the pulley to be attached.

Not sure I can help, but maybe somebody can. What kind of car is this? What year? What engine?

Its a 1997 sebring convertible jxi and the engine is 2.5L.
