Default Help, My rear passenger window jams up.

Hi all,
I've already taken everything apart, and I know what I need, I'm just hoping someone here can point me in the right direction.
My window has trouble sometimes going up/down.
It has trouble because the cable is all loose and gets jammed in the motor/spool thing.
It is loose because a spring popped out.
The spring that popped out is the one for the upper cable.
It popped out because the white plastic piece at the end of the cable broke.

I also lost one of my white plastic square grooves that keeps the cable from rubbing against the metal.
I have a parts list for this car, but there's nothing about these pieces.
Can anyone help me?
Thanks,
-==-
Nick

Try a junkyard for parts like that.
