Where can i get interior parts....***** for electric windows and visor?...no junk yards nearby...

That stuff is almost always available on eBay. When shopping, keep in mind that there is a very big difference between the Sebring coupe and the convertible/sedan. The coupe is actually made in Japan by Mitsubishi and none of the parts you are looking for will fit both the coupe and the sedan/convertible, so be wary.
