Default Is my wife's Sebring running cold? Photo of gauge included.

This is the warmest it'll get after running down the highway for awhile. Usually around town it runs even colder. I suspected a stuck-open thermostat so I replaced both of them and that didn't fix it. I'm used to all my other vehicles which always run a hair under the middle marker on the gauge. Any ideas of is this the temp these new Sebrings run at? I'm just worried about taking a hit in gas mileage if it isn't heating up properly.
