Default NEW PROBLEM ON MY SEBRING

ok the other day i put the top down and drove home from work then put the top back up with no problem. But the next day i had frost on all my windows so i put the rear defroster on and front defroster the front one worked and i noticed that the back was not gettting clear when i got to work i noticed that the concertion feel off right where it connects to the windows. Is there a way that i can put this back on to make it work like super glue, Solder it back on or do i have to take it to the shop to have them fix it so i don't mess anything up. I really need this to work because i couldn't see if any cars where behiond me for about 30 mins. even though i do i have side mirrors they really didn't work because of how i have them set up.

Thanks
Mike
