Default "NO BUS" message

I have a 98 Sebring convertible. For the past few weeks it is sometimes not starting. It turns over but doesn't start. After a few hours or the next day
it will start just fine and will be fine for days before it happens again. The
last time it wouldn't start it showed a message saying " NO BUS ".
Does anybody know what that means ?
