Default Pass window

I have a 99 sebring convertable and the pass side window will go down but not up. Any help would be appreciated. Do the power windows use relays?

I am having the same problem in my 99 300M...I tried replacing the master switch as it was suggested to me and it didnt help...I suppose it could be the switch on the passenger door but I would think that the master switch would still be able to move the window up vs. only down...I am confused...

the master switch just supplies power to the other switches thats how the lock out switch works on the master switch.
