Passenger window cycling up and down
We have a 2010 Chrysler Sebring convertible that has an issue with the passenger front window when the top is up. Normally when you open the door the window will drop about an inch from the full up position and when you close the door the window will go back to full up after about a second. When it goes back up it fits into a pocket in the convertible top. The problem we are having is the window , with the car off and the key out of the ignition, will start cycling up and down on it's own. If I don't catch it right away it will eventually run the battery down. I have had it to a dealer and they put a new battery in it and it quit doing it ,but returned to cycling on it's own after a month like before. To keep from running the battery down all the time, I have resorted to pulling the relay that controls the power windows out when I'm not driving it. Recently I ran a test and with the relay in lowered the passenger window a couple of inches when it sat in the garage. All was good for about a week, but then I tried it yesterday and the battery was dead. Were do I go from here ? I don't want to take it back to the dealer and spend another $ 300+ for a one month cure. I've looked for service bulletins for this car and found none that pertained to that problem. Also searched the internet for local shops that specialize in electrical problems, but not found any so far that I would trust. Is there anyone out there that has had experience with this sort of problem and what did you do to fix it ? I suspect that it might be the window module in the door that has went bad or a bad wire, but not sure enough at this point to tear into it. Any help would be appreciated at this point.

Try this smartglass relearnCLEAR/DENORMALIZE, RELEARN/NORMIALIZE WITHOUT A SCAN TOOL
With the ignition in the run position hold up/down the window switch for at least 30 seconds until the DTC is set for stuck switch. This will clear the memory of the calibration information. Proceed to relearn/normalize.
1.Put a battery charger on vehicle.
NOTE:
The convertible top must be completely closed and locked during this procedure.
NOTE:
Both doors need to be completely closed when starting this step.
2.Sit in the driver seat and close the door.
3.Move the driver window part way down.
4.Using the Power Top Switch, raise the window to full up position and continue to hold the top switch for additional two seconds.
5.Using the window switch, lower the driver window to the full down position and continue to hold the switch for additional two seconds.
6.Raise the window to the full up position.
7.Verify that the window drops approximately 1/4 inch when the door opens, and raises when door closes. If window does not drop or raise, repeat procedure starting at step 3.
You can disregard the portion about clearing the dtc's they won't hurt anything as they'll store and eventually delete themselves.

I have a similar issue with driver's side glass. Tried all the clear calibration and relearn steps to no avail. Passenger side works properly, but driver's side drops when door opens then goes back up quickly. When I then close the door, the glass sits outside of the rubber trim. I get around it by pulling the handle and closing door VERY quickly before it gets a chance to go back up. Any other way to fix this behavior?
I just went through this with my 2012 200 Convertible. The most likely culprit is a failure of the sensor in the door latch.
When you open a door, the latch sends a signal to let multiple systems know that the door is open,
Replace the door latch and your problem should be resolved. You may also need to reprogram the Smart Glass as show in the post above.
