Power Steering Leak
I am trying to find out where my '05 Sebring is losing Power Steering Fluid. Even when the car sits for three days without running, the reservoir goes empty. Bone dry. I've been looking for the leak, but still haven't found it. I'm hoping it isn't the Rack, but if the Rack is leaking somewhere, would it leak when the car is not running or would it only leak under pressure? I'm still looking for visible leaks, but so far don't see one.

There's always at least a little pressure in the rack, if from nothing else, from gravity. The rack is pretty much the lowest point of the system, so the fluid above it, in the reservoir, will exert some pressure. You're gonna have to get out and under. This stuff may be helpful:

Thanks, dcotter0579. Good news. I took my car to the car wash and sprayed the whole engine compartment, after that, I checked for leaks again over the next day or two. I found it, but not where I had been looking. It turned out to be the little plastic reservoir. It had made contact with the alternator pulley and had worn a small hole in it (Yellow circle). I fixed the leak with JB Weld.
This leads me to another question. Should the hose (Red Arrow) be in front of the metal tubing (Blue Arrow)? The hose is preventing the metal tube from being pushed back far enough to allow the reservoir to be mounted properly, causing the reservoir to be closer to the alternator. The hose and metal tube are both part of the Air Conditioning. Is this how the factory installed it?

My '01 looks different than yours. The blue arrow tube is actually a rubber hose on mine, and it seems to be routed better. See if you can find a similar car in a used car lot or junkyard and take a look at that area. Maybe they changed something in the design or maybe somebody cobbled something together on yours somewhere along the line.
