I am not sure.

Some manufacturers make small changes to the design, even when making direct replacement parts for OEM components.

If TYC's design is true to the OEM design, then everything should be interchangeable... in theory.

Only one way to find out... give it a try... document the process... and report back here whether or not it works... maybe that knowledge can help the next guy to encounter this issue...

If you don't mind me asking, why would you remove the lever that comes on the new headlight just to install the lever off your old headlight?

What is so special about the original headlight's lever that it needs to be switched over to the new light? Doesn't the new light come with its own lever?

the glass is very bad en will not be right for the next inspection

That is more than a sebring almost cost

 

Ok, so it is an inspection thing, to meet some code. Got it.

If you are concerned about the new headlights having that lever, I would call whoever you are going to order them from, or call the manufacturer directly, and ask. If it is not already included, you could ask a follow-up question if your lever would possibly fit.

Assuming the headlight assemblies are not unique to your region, all similar models should at least have provisions for that lever to be installed... generally, car makers try to use the same parts whenever possible to save money on tooling... so your headlights with the lever are probably the same as the rest of them, even if other regions are not required to have the lever installed.

If that makes sense...

 

I asked Rockauto if the sell the headlight with leveler and the say the it is only a Europe feature
i thought that it was also in America
i hope that someone has a headlight in his garage and would look if it is possible to change it

Your English is a lot better than my Dutch. Lol. Don't worry about it, honestly, anyone that gets upset about your English isn't worth talking to anyways.

That lever does sound like an export-specific feature, but I still believe that the base assembly is probably the same. I will dive under my hood on my lunch break and see what I can see on my headlight housings...

Not knowing the year, or even model, of your specific vehicle... I will tell you what I see when I look behind my 2008 Sebring headlight...

Pretty much dead center, on the back of the housing, there is a feature that appears to have the connection point for a lever. The lever isn't there, but the feature appears to be. Looks like it would adjust the focus of the lens... maybe widen/narrow the beam?

Again, this feature is on the back of the US-model 2008 Sebring headlight, not sure what you are looking for, exactly.
