Default Rear strut mount question

I've got 2 rear upper strut/coil mounting plates that have turned to dust and am having a hard time finding the ones I need. I have an '05 V6 Touring sedan, I was able to find the parts for an '05 convertible. So my question is, are the convertible and sedan parts the same?

Many suspension parts on the convertible and sedan are the same. Your best bet is to ask this question straight up to the manufacturer or seller of the part. My experience with auto parts stores is that if they say the part will fit and it doesn't, they'll take it back.

The safest course of action is to take the old part off and bring it in to the store. Compare the new with the old right there. Of course, you need to have access to transportation to do this.

Your the second person to tell me that they should be the same part, so I'll give it a shot and report back.

UPDATE: Worked like a charm. Thanks!
